• Banquet Manager

  from 115,000 ₽ before taxes

  Responsibilities:

  • Active client search (meetings, cold calling, presentations, sending commercial proposals).
  • Comprehensive planning, organization, and execution of events, monitoring all stages.
  • Event coordination from start to deal closure.
  • Communication with hotel departments regarding ongoing general work tasks.
  • Preparation of commercial proposals, contracts, and payment monitoring.
  • Increasing loyalty of existing clients.
  • Developing an effective sales strategy for banquet services.
  • Sales analysis, profit maximization, and improvement of target performance indicators.
  • Creation of new package offers.
  • Providing reports to management.
  • Fulfilling the sales plan while ensuring the achievement of set goals and high-quality guest support.

  Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Banquet Manager/Event/MICE manager in hotels in Moscow or the Moscow region with similar responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of the Event/MICE segment, strong sales skills, and project management experience.
  • Knowledge of service standards and event management regulations.
  • Presentation skills (articulate speech, business correspondence).
  • Customer orientation, persuasiveness, and result-driven attitude.
  • Proficient PC user.
  • Skills in CRM and iiko systems are desirable.

  • Work schedule: 5/2 with rolling days off; the start and end of the workday vary depending on when banquets finish.

• On-Duty Plumber

  from 60,000 to 70,000 ₽ before taxes

  Responsibilities:

  • Performing repair and maintenance work on plumbing equipment in the hotel and restaurant complex;
  • Fulfilling service requests assigned by the dispatcher.

  Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a plumber in high-rise buildings;
  • Ability to perform repair work on plumbing equipment;
  • Discipline, friendliness, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.

  Conditions:

  • Work schedule: 1/3 (24-hour shift followed by three days off) from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM;

  Responsibilities:

  • Working strictly according to standardized recipes (technical cards) using production equipment.
  • Preparing hot and cold dishes (European buffet style) and preparing semi-finished products.
  • Ensuring proper labeling and maintaining order in the kitchen.
  • Compliance with sanitary standards and regulations.
  • Following all instructions provided by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.

  Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a cook in the hot section.
  • Knowledge of all food preparation processes according to standardized recipes.
  • Relevant vocational education in culinary arts.
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate industrial kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a large team.
  • Cleanliness, diligence, and discipline.

  Conditions:

  • Work schedule: 1/3 (24-hour shift followed by three days off) from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
  • Salary from 72,000 ₽ (before taxes) + pay for extra shifts + holiday pay.

  • Plastering and painting works;
  • Dismantling works and furniture assembly;
  • Fulfilling service requests and tasks assigned by the department head.

  Requirements:

  • Candidates with relevant work experience are welcome, but we are ready to consider those without experience and provide training;
  • Diligence, discipline, responsibility, and reliability.

  Conditions:

  • Official ("white") salary from 70,000 ₽ (net) depending on the workload;
  • Work schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On Fridays, the workday is shorter — until 4:45 PM;
